Any of the items listed on my website can be ordered by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button. This will transfer you automatically through to PayPal – a secure payment site that accepts all major credit cards.

If you do not wish to make payment via the internet please telephone our local rate number 0560 1498381 or e-mail me at info@getknottedjewellery.co.uk. Please note, if you wish to pay for any jewellery by cheque, items will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

For UK customers, postage and packaging is charged at £2.00 per order for items less than £50, £3.00 for £50 to £75. If you wish to order outside of the UK please telephone our local rate number 0560 1498381 or e-mail me at info@getknottedjewellery.co.uk. Please allow upto 4 working days for delivery.

Refunds

I always try to ensure customer satisfaction, therefore if you are not happy with your purchase please ensure it is returned (at your own cost) within 7 days of receipt to obtain a full refund.

Should your order be damaged on delivery I will repair the item free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

Please note, made to order items can not be returned unless faulty on receipt.
